temanjp Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use temanjp and how we keep that data protected. We collect personal information only when necessary — your email, name, identity documents for verification, and payment details for deposits and withdrawals. We do not sell your data to third parties, do not track you across other websites, and do not use your information for marketing purposes outside temanjp unless you explicitly consent.

We encrypt all sensitive data (passwords, payment information, identity documents) and store them on secure servers. Our compliance with local data-protection regulations means we respect your right to access, correct, or delete your data. If you have questions about how we handle your information, our privacy team can address them within one business day.

By using temanjp, you agree to the data practices described here. If you do not consent to our privacy policy, please do not open an account.

What Data We Collect on temanjp

We collect data in three categories. First, account setup information — your email address, password, full name, date of birth, and contact phone number. This is required to create and manage your temanjp account. Second, identity and address verification documents — a clear photo of your national ID card, passport, or driver's license, plus proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement). We collect these to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and prevent fraud. Third, transaction data — every deposit amount, withdrawal request, payment method used, game participation, bonus claims, and tier progression. We maintain these records to calculate your cashback, track your tier status, and generate your account history.

We do not collect credit scores, employment history, or any personal information beyond what is necessary for account operation and regulatory compliance. We do not access your phone contacts, location data, or browsing history. When you use temanjp on a mobile device, we do not track your location unless you explicitly grant permission — and we use that permission only for geolocation verification (to confirm you are in a supported jurisdiction).

Identity Documents Are Temporary: We store your ID photo and address proof only long enough to complete verification (typically one business day). After verification is confirmed, these documents are encrypted and archived securely; we delete them within 90 days unless local law requires longer retention.

How We Use Your Data on temanjp

We use your email and password solely to authenticate you when you log into temanjp. We use your name, date of birth, and contact number to verify your identity and comply with "know your customer" (KYC) regulations. We use your payment details (e-wallet or bank account information) only to process your deposits and withdrawals — we never store full card numbers or sensitive banking credentials. Instead, we use tokenization, which replaces your actual payment details with secure tokens that payment processors can read but that do not expose your real account information.

We use your transaction history to calculate your weekly cashback, manage your tier progression, and detect fraud or suspicious patterns (e.g., multiple account attempts from the same device). We analyse aggregate, anonymised data to understand which games are popular and how to improve our platform — but this analysis never identifies you personally. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, email marketing, or any purpose beyond running temanjp.

Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing

We use third-party service providers for specific functions. Our payment processors (handling DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet transfers) receive your payment method details to complete transactions — we do not give them access to your other account data. Our email provider sends you account notifications (welcome emails, withdrawal confirmations) — we only share your email address, not your balance or transaction details. Our hosting provider stores our servers and databases — they have access to our infrastructure but are contractually bound not to access or use your data.

We do not share your data with marketing companies, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law (a court order, government subpoena, or local regulatory investigation). We also share data with fraud-detection and anti-money-laundering compliance services to prevent illegal activity — this is a legal obligation, not optional. All third-party processors are required to maintain the same encryption and security standards we use.

We do not sell your data

Your information has no commercial value to us beyond running temanjp. We will never sell email addresses, names, or betting histories to third parties, advertisers, or data aggregators.

Data Security and Encryption

We encrypt all sensitive data using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. When you enter your password, email, or payment details, they are encrypted before transmission to our servers. Our servers use similar encryption for stored data — passwords are hashed (converted to irreversible codes), payment tokens are encrypted, and identity documents are stored in encrypted vaults. Even our internal staff cannot access your unencrypted password; we can only reset it or prompt you to create a new one.

We do not claim "unhackable" security — no system is perfect. However, we undertake regular security audits, maintain firewalls, monitor for intrusion attempts, and follow industry best practices. If a security breach occurs, we notify affected members immediately and work with authorities as required by law.

Cookies and Tracking Technology

Our website uses session cookies to keep you logged into temanjp while you use it. These cookies expire when you close your browser and do not track you across other websites. We do not use persistent cookies that follow you around the internet. We do not use third-party tracking pixels, Google Analytics, or similar tools that build profiles on users across multiple sites.

Our mobile app (if you download temanjp for Android or iOS) may request permissions to access your device's secure storage for two-factor authentication or to improve app performance — but it does not track your location or use data beyond what is necessary for the app to function. You can revoke these permissions in your device settings anytime.
